Our Energy Development Model

To organize the development activities needed to identify, evaluate, and advance complex energy projects, Beltline relies on a proprietary Salesforce-based, land acquisition CRM that coordinates targeted land acquisition campaigns along existing electric transmission infrastructure and then organizes the due diligence necessary to advance projects to completion.

Beltline’s quantitative land acquisition process was developed siting utility scale solar projects on the Southern Company transmission grid, though it is replicable in any electric market in the USA. The process can be successfully applied to any type of energy project, inclusive of data facilities.

Our Salesforce-based CRM allows for a seamless transition between the stages of project development.
