A ground-mount, single axis facility on 15.5 acres of land, converted mixed field and timber property for this private landowner to create consistent, recurring lease revenue for 35+ years. This facility became operational in early 2020 and generates 4,675 MWh of renewable energy per year for about 668 households in the community.
